INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGES
Meetings
Before you have made any decision, I arrange a ‘no obligation’ meeting to discuss your requirements.I show you wedding book examples, explain how I work and what you can expect from me on the day.
If you decide to go ahead, shortly before the wedding day I arrange a further meeting to run through your specific photo requirements, discuss the timings and what’s expected. The second meeting can be arranged to take place at the venue.
Venue visits
Where possible, I visit every venue to look out the best locations for the bride and groom portraits, group and family shots.
Unlimited photography
Put very simply, I will endeavour to capture as much of your wedding day as I can. I do not restrict couples to the number of shots I take.
Processing the images
After the wedding, I select the best pictures to process.Every picture that makes it to editing will be colour balanced and adjusted if required. Minor retouching is also carried out at this stage. I won’t swamp you with thousands of pictures, but concentrate on producing the best quality images which usually totals over 400 for a full day. The processing usually takes around 3-4 weeks.
Web Gallery
Once the pictures are processed I upload up to 200 of them to a web gallery for viewing. These pictures are watermarked and low resolution (96dpi) to allow fast loading on all computers. Access to your web gallery can be password protected if desired. Although low resolution is acceptable for web, it’s not for print.
Images on DVD
All your images are supplied on a DVD in a presentation case. The images are colour high resolution (300dpi) JPEG format and ready to print. The images are supplied to you with reproduction rights to print, copy and distribute the pictures as often as you wish.
Preview CD
All your images are also supplied on a CD in low resolution (96dpi) format in colour, black and white and sepia. The CD is ideal for viewing on a computer, emailing specific images to friends or comparing colour formats.

The number of pages range from 20 to 50 depending on the package booked.Shortly after receiving your pictures I will ask you to select a number of them for inclusion in the wedding book. Each chosen image will form a main page image and I will select other images to add as necessary to build up the story of your day.Having designed the layout, I send you a digital preview of your wedding book design for your approval before manufacture commences.
